Working text pending counsel review; not yet binding terms of service. It describes how the service works today.

The code is Apache-2.0, in the GitHub repository. The license covers the code, not the project's names and marks or the official attestation key (TRADEMARKS.md).

Paid plans unlock exactly what /pricing lists, each line enforced in code. Pro is billed through Stripe; Cell and Pilot under a written agreement. A Pilot ends on its end date, automatically. API keys belong to the account that created them and may not be shared or resold.

Attestations record that the hosted validator checked a plan and what it found. They are not safety certificates, and no plan or attestation authorizes robot motion.

Figures on this site are computed by the engine on the stated datasets with the stated assumptions. They are not guaranteed outcomes for any deployment. Nothing here is certified, and nothing has run on a physical robot (known risks).
